I.F. Metalworks offers precision machining as one of our core services. Whether we’re working on aerospace tooling or complex surfacing for historical reproduction, our HAAS VF-9/50 is up to the task. The 50-taper spindle allows for aggressive material removal, and through-tool-coolant allows for aggressive production machining, especially of aluminum and stainless steel.

With an 84” x 36” table, we’re able to do medium-format 3-axis machining supported by a 4th axis attachment. This machine is also used for architecturally exposed structural steel work, and we’re able to hang long workpieces out the ends of the machine and jump setups when necessary.
