IFM Scope: IFM provided delegated design, fabrication, and installation of a complete weathering steel (Corten) façade encompassing 120 unique panels with perforations producing an overall sweeping design by the architect. The project included three custom pocket doors weighing up to 2,500 lbs each, along with IFM design and execution of mechanical operator systems allowing the doors to be operated safely with hand cranks inside the facility. When the doors are closed, the entire building appears seamless with no obvious doors or openings.
