IFM Scope: Turnkey design/build of a challenging grand stair, at 60” wide with a mono-stringer as well as glass railings. This is a particularly challenging stair configuration, but one which we’ve built several times.

The glass is 13/16” tempered and laminated, with custom-engineered concealed mounting to allow the illusion of the treads piercing the glass. The matching mezzanine rails at the top of the stair were also part of our scope. Finishes are brushed stainless steel and powder coated steel.
